quality of team-based clinical care within the emergency medicine environment.
• Providing an update on key clinical skills, with core modules on
o Cardiovascular instability
o Airway and respiratory emergencies
o Complex emergencies
o Death and dying
o ED workplace well-being
o Optional modules: previous modules have been toxicology, obstetric emergencies and pre-hospital emergencies.
• There are many opportunities to participate in small and larger group discussions with peers
about important clinical and non-clinical topics: a feature that is perhaps unique to this
course.
• Updated course material
